Venue Rental is available Sunday-Thursday from 4p-1a

  • $325 for 3 Hour Rental

  • $75 per hour add-on with a max of 5 hours of total service

    • Paid in advance as a deposit

Friday and Saturday rentals are based on a Minimum Spend depending on date and time. Please fill out the form for a quote. 

  • Included in Rental:

    • 1 Bartender, 1 Door Host/Busser

    • Space for 60 guests max

    • Exclusive and Private access to the Venue

    • Use of Stage area and Sound System

    • Private Restrooms

    • Fully Stocked Bar

    • Complimentary fountain Coke products 


Beverage Options (all beverage sales are subject to a 22% service charge)

  • Cash Bar - purchased by guests

  • Consumption Bar - purchased by host

  • Hybrid - Consumption bar to a predetermined dollar amount, then a Cash bar

  • Bar Packages

    • Any product not included in packages may be purchased on a cash or consumption basis.


Food Catering

  • Bar Star Events Catering

  • Outside licensed caterers are permitted with a $50 service fee paid by the host

    • Caterers are responsible for providing plates, cutlery, napkins, serving utensils, hot boxes/food warmers, etc. We are not equipped with a kitchen or appliances.


Rental Guidelines

  • All guests must 21 or over and provide valid ID

  • We do not allow the venue to be booked for public performances or ticketed shows. It is to be used for private events only. 

  • All guests must leave the premises within 15 minutes of the agreed-upon end time of the event, or they will be subject to a $200 fine per each 30-minute delay.

  • LoFi is not ADA-accessible. Guests must enter through a staircase, and the building is not equipped with an elevator.

  • If a live band is to be used for the event, a sound engineer booked through LoFi will be required at a rate of $150. DJs, karaoke, and trivia do not require a sound engineer. 

  •  Help booking DJs, karaoke hosts or trivia hosts is available upon request
